No they are not a vet. However petshotz vet is there giving shots on Mondays at discounts. You have to go to their office if pet is sick. Also, Becker Animal Hospital on IH 10 and loop 410 is a good vet too.

No, in the paperwork they give you, unless it's kennel cough or something related to the surgery, ypu have to have your own vet
