My car was stolen. Do I need to report to DVS? I do have a police report and already reported to my insurance. I only had liability insurance

You shouldn't have to report it to DVS. Anything further that happens with your car will be through the police and your insurance. You did everything right.

Not sure. However, when looking online it appears that once the police officer enters into a national database it goes into a bunch of other databases. Main thing with the DVS is the registration records and title.
