This is a government office open Monday thru Friday 9 - 5. Parking can be a nightmare extremely small parking lot accommodating approximately 25 - 30 cars. Once inside prepare for a 60 - 90 minute wait.
Don't park anywhere nearby and walk there. As soon as you leave your car and walk toward the office a booting company boots your car and you have to pay $50 to get unbooted.
