The security guard is very disrespectful. He don't know how to talk to people. He think it's a classroom and just don't need to be at this site for the elderly sake. He told people he was going to kick them out if they don't know how to silence there phones. He make this place look bad.

Very helpful got some good information

Unlike everyone else I think the security guard was great! Stay off your phone, wear a mask and keep your dinner out of it. Everyone that is complaining on here probably was told by him that they were misbehaving. ... Everything else went smooth. Was in there for 45 mins.

I had an “as good as can be expected” experience. I came without an appointment (no one ever answered the phone for me to make an appointment), so I was expecting to camp out for a while. The wait was a little less than 2 hours, which wasn’t too bad. Once I got to the window the lady that helped me was very nice, pleasant, quick, and professional. I went about mid-day on a Friday. It wasn’t super crowded; everyone was spread out. The security guard other reviewers mentioned was a non-issue for me personally. We had minimal interactions. He policed masks (like one lady had it under her nose and he made her lift it up) and reminded people to silence cell phones and to step outside if they needed use the cell phone. I’m glad he was cracking down on the cell phones because you have to listen out for your number. Some people were trying to carry on phone conversations on speaker phone, which is honestly annoying.

Can a grandmother get a ss card for her grandson replacement
Nothing at that time.
You may have to go in and apply in person? At least this way you can get all your questions answered in person.
Are you changing it to your married name, if so either adoption or legal name change through the court system, once done and her birth certificate is changed then you can update her social security card. You will to document for the name change, birth certificate and ID for her and you all orginal documents.
This is a government office open Monday thru Friday 9 - 5. Parking can be a nightmare extremely small parking lot accommodating approximately 25 - 30 cars. Once inside prepare for a 60 - 90 minute wait.
To my knowledge, a social security card is no cost.
I went to court on Nov 20 I won my case why havent i heatd anything?
Where to go for help!? Try changing your diet to a more alkaline diet and trash the pills.... the pills are only temporary fixes. So in other words, stop eating what you're eating that's causing the high blood pressure in the first place. Go Vegan !
If your earnings were posted from 61-69 you got credit. When your application is taken for retirement they go over your earnings to make sure they are correct.
No and the limit of people allowed in just went up to 39. Still have to sit six feet apart and wear your mask
I'm sorry but I'm not sure how that works but it shouldn't make a difference. I'll ask while I'm here today okay?
You can do it online
No just the documents they're requesting to process the name change.
Some locations are open to the public now
Yes
What are you calling for? Can it be done online?
They are open but by appointment only!
Call the social security administration or apply online
The Dropbox is inside the building so you have to go during business hours and the security guard will let you in
You can fax papers in and therei s a drop box, but you have to go to your assigned office.
I've waited for a while but eventually someone answers. It's a long wait.
You have to call and reschedule
Go to your nearest Social security office and present your case to them in person. There maybe assistance available as to help track and monitor the whereabouts of the old card, as well as establish yourself as a victim of fraud. Schedule an appointment asap.
Go online it was pretty fast and it doesn't take 2 weeks like they say.
They are open but you have to call and make appointment
Call the 866 number
I had a similar experience. But in the evening a young man totally renewed my faith in mankind. I feel like if you don't want to work. Stay home or turn your phone off. I am a Public servant from 15 years to now I will be 65 in a fews weeks. I have never treated anyone with disrespect. It is a trying time. But gosh be kind. Sorry for the mistreatment Sir. Stay safe. Peace.
Not right now. I suggest you call them
No
Yes but it's better to make use of their online services or call them if u wish to visit.
I think you could. But the 255 dollars is not really worth the time and effort. I believe that's all they pay now
If u know your number you can request online with dl number or id number
I don't know if you can get your number or some kind of printout or proof online while waiting on your card. ssa.gov
It may take up 14 days. You do have the option to overnight for $13
Fraud as in?....
Granted??
You can do this online in your profile settings but if you do it after the 15th it will not happen til the following month
Yes ....u have to go in to the ssi office
what? what to do when a spouse pass?
Between 134.0 & 149.00
A letter from your doctor, then take to dmv.
Valid drivers license or state id or valid passport
Your Identification card, the child's birthday certificate, sometimes their shot records or hospital records.
I would say yes... But are you sure you are holding for you "local office" or the general 800#. When I call my "local office" the hold is not as long.
SSI is social security income and SSA is the administration that provides the income.
Some people are not eligible for Social Security it will depend on your daughters condition. 1st call the Social Security Administration's 800 number and they can answer if you are eligible or not. Unfortunately you will have to pay for her meds until you get approved.
You need a birth Certificate and a state I.D., the paperwork the Social Security Office gives you would be a temporary card until yours comes in the mail.
How can you get hired on at FedEx?
You need a copy of a legal document with your new or correct name on it. You can't use photocopies. The document must be a certified copy.
Usually a raised, wet, or colored stamp
Not sure.
I think you have to go on the website and download but even with that you may have to go in person. I'm not to sure about calling them just because you have to show you're ID and make sure it's you.
There shouldn't be a charge.
Probably money that they been oweing them.
I think you should go in the office with their decease deed and report it.
Social security don't help with housing. You can check with your city housing authority to see when they are taking application.
That's it. Just your ID
Go on the website and check before you go to the office.
If you're relocating they expect you to have one in about 6 months. Most ppl that have out of town ID usually hold on to it until it expires. You should be able to use your ID here depending on what you need to do.
