you need to check NYS Parka website: yeah like previous answers im sure camping there No: try Captree Park or Fire Island to on Federal & NY State Parks website
No camping at Robert Moses. And you would need a 4x4 off road pass to go out onto the beach at Democrat Point. The last day to buy permit was March 30th. You could try again on September 15th to get an off-road pass for the rest of that season.
