Yes, parking lot 5 was open with ample parking spots available. Very quiet on a Friday.
It should be open. Due to 50% capacity it fills up quick so it's best to go very early to get a spot.

Are dogs now allowed at Robert Moses beach? Someone has said they've seen dogs there, but other local guides have said dogs are not allowed at any season. Have guidelines been updated? Ha
