Great information ! I will share my story of my fiance, 5 year old son and me. I just got out of jail, my fiance has a decent job and we were being forced out of our apartment. If you are able to prove your a family unit, yes, they will allow you to apply together as a family. In order to prove that you're a family unit, you will need to provide some sort of documentation, such as mail with both your names that has the same address, apartment lease with both your names, school records and/or utility bills. Bring as many documents as you can, the more you are able to provide, the better.
