I need a transfer to the bronx from manhattan for kids schools and services. I have done all that has been asked of me to do and still nothing. No one seems to know what they are doing or even whats going on over there.

You have to wait until u are eligible then u can ask for a transfer only if u have proof like a medical reason or job or doctors offices for family to be closer to the bronx or vice versa... school is always an issue but to the system they feel u can always get bus service or its not an emergency.... due to lack of space for so many ppl in shelters going thru the same exact or different things they cant accommodate everyone unless its an emergency

It has to be another way to get them transferred. How about board of education. Google is my bestie at times when others don't have answers.

My caseworker was treating me like garbage walking in on my in underwear and I had told her she said it didn't matter she had the same as me...as she was female. She came in slamming my fridge and my cupboard Infront of my two year old another time as I got out of showering.
