More than likely she is eligible. Usually once they start the HRA process it so they can get paid. Tell your friend i said stay strong as that system was created to deter people from seeking help!
It's been more than 10 days and still haven't heard from path wether she's eligible or not. Is that a good sign? What can she do?
When they dont remove you after 10 days its because you staying there.
I don’t know why It has been 18 days the path didn’t given me decision yet.
