No expedited. If u have Nigeria expired passport u can go to Atlanta and do ETC emergency travel certificate

U need to have the application online . Apply online and pay for the passport. Then you will have an appointment date, now you can talk about expedite. Without application online, they will not listen to you. It can be expedited within a week in Atlanta.
