Absolutely. In addition to the base requirements(application, etc), You'll need to bring with you a USPS $65 money order for each passport, USPS priority shipping envelope, scanned copy of passport data page, and travel itinerary(if you have one). All has to be a hard copy, can't pull out ypur phone for any pictures or online documents
