I wanted to get my documents notarized (stamp and notary signature) for my passport renewal application. It would be great if someone can confirm that I can do it at this location. If yes, what would be the procedure.

You can get your documents notarized at local UPS store

I don't think they notarize at the Consulate. However, they do accept documents that have been notarized elsewhere (like UPS).
