Went there for a Colonoscopy, got conflicting sets of instructions from Pharmacy , print outs , and my Doctor's office about prep . Apparently , there's not 24 hours in a day. One nurse was especially rude and spiteful with me during the entire procedure . She let me remain on the toilet a grand total of less than 5 minutes whilst she kept beating on the door and harassing me . So I got to travel almost an hour home with a gut full of air and in intense pain. She also left a gigantic bruise on my right arm , where she couldn't tap my vein for an IV . The prep requirements of KP for this procedure are out dated and ridiculous . I know other people who eat full course meals all the way up to 8 hours prior to a colonoscopy , and get good screenings. I hadn't eaten in over 30 HOURS !!!! Ither the colonoscopy staff is incompetent , or the equipment at this KP facility is old and out dated. I will never get another procedure like this one done at any KP facility .

It is not often that one is asked, “hey, do you know a good neurologist”, but if I ever get that question, I can confidently say yes! I had to have what some would feel is a painful test today, but Nurse Vranika and Dr. Imtiaz at Kaiser Glenlake made me feel as comfortable as possible and before I knew it, we were done. All of my questions were answered and I left strangely satisfied that I had a good doctor appointment.

The doctor, nurse, and tech at the Glenlake facility made my procedure such a pleasant experience. They explained my procedure thoroughly and their bedside manner reduced any anxiety that I may have been experiencing. Thank you so much!
