Are you all open on Monday? I just want to make sure because other DDS are closed on Monday? Also, what do I need to bring in order to get a Temporary Permit so that I can go to work until on can get this suspended license situated?

They are not open on Mondays. You need your birth certificate proof of residency into forms like a shipped box from Amazon or and bill. Hang in there I also had a 12 point suspension make sure to stay out of the vehicle as best you can any more questions just ask
