There's an 8pm cutoff for collecting Priority and Express Mail needing to get to an airplane at the airport across the street. Then it sits over there for hours being processed before actually getting onto an airplane. There is no closer drop-off at the dock at the airport. The Crown counter is open later, but all they can do is stamp your receipt or postmark your item as of that date. If delivery time at the destination is of the essence, then get there before 7pm because you might get stuck in a long line at the counter or at the self service kiosk waiting behind a bunch of people who are all thumbs with the freaking unintuitive touchscreen system. Hint for using the kiosk touchscreen: use your smartphone touchpad pen and touch the center of the button. The thick protective glass makes your fingertip go off center and enter incorrect info too easily. The screen is too low and is not tilted for optimal viewing by standing adults. Don't waste any time trying to call for help.

It's the truth that happened 5 times but it always happen around a holiday specially Mother's Day they keep the mail they scan it and if they see money they keep it

I think they show up to clock in and then take a siesta lasting 7 hours and 59 minutes. They then punch out and go home.

Crown Rd is the processing plant, they sort the mail & ships it out to the local offices its not your local office, you can check with them by giving them your zip code & they can tell you where your local off is then you wud have to contact tht off & check & see if they will allow you to pick it up you can't pick any packages up at the plant, you have to wait for it to get to your local off where your mail comes from every day

Probably because you two have the same last name you have to make sure you check individual on the form so that they will only forward that one person's mail they do have a correction form at the post office but you have to go there and tell them what your problem is so they can have you fill that form out

Didn't know of any rudeness was going on with of USPS employees being other than courteous not only there co- worker but also customers as well and further more treating them with the upmost respect.
