Really bad service, the worker is unhelpful.

I need to ship out packages most weekdays. Unlike many customers who need counter service, I print my own labels and simply need to enter the office to drop my packages off. I can no longer count the number of times this office was closed during posted open hours. Sometimes the doors were locked early while customers were inside (a fire code violation) or the infamous computers down sign was up which means they are short staffed and don't have anyone to open that location. This is a huge inconvenience to detour to another location between 4:30 and 5:00. If you need counter service, this is not a location you can depend on. You're better off going to Metropolitan or Highland. If you can print your own labels using pirateship or any other online service, you can drop off packages as late as 5:00 p.m. at the Ralph McGill office which does not offer counter service.

I wish I could give this location 0 stars. Every time I come they are “on a break” but never post when they started their break so there’s a line of people that wait forever and end up giving up. I’ve come at 3.. at 430.. they’ll take a break til they close at this location. Also the most unhelpful, rude people.

Mr. Reese is so helpful and kind! I sell online so I’m always having to pop into different post offices to drop off orders, and this is my favorite by far. It’s always clean, always easy. The literal only reason its not 5 star is simply due to the limited parking. There are only three 30 minute parking spaces because they share a parking lot with Sevenanda (the food co-op). Sometimes I have to circle the block just to get parking, but thankfully it’s not a terrible issue because like I said- The service is very quick and efficient! Definitely stop by if you need to ship something out or purchase packaging/stamps!
