From the outset with this company from the first call I made I should’ve turned around and ran they lied to me from the beginning , after some discussion they drew up a contract where they said they would buy the house at $180,000 once that was done I waited the 10 days at the 10 days they finally tell me oh they need an extension of time because they are still trying to get invester to buy the place I was led to believe that they bought the place from you and that there was no investors it was a very deceitful practice on their part and I cannot and will not recommend them to anyone to do any business with them make sure if you do decide to do business with them that you get everything in writing and that you ask an attorney for advice before you sign anything As of right now they did not hold up to the end of the bargain very deceitful and I’m very disappointed that I was lied to, what they were trying to do was low ball me , lucky I’m not in a bind and have to sell, yes and the house was only a new shell and needed to be finished off , I was upfront from the begging about everything ,this company was not owe and once they can’t do anything they stop taking your calls
