This is the absolute worst branch. The branch manager Jeremy and Nicole are the most inexperienced and incompetent individuals I have ever had to deal with. To start off, when you walk into this branch no one will greet you or acknowledge you. Even when the branch is empty you will be left sitting there while Jeremy and Nicole just sit at their desks staring at their computer as if they are too busy to deal with a customer. I have been left waiting for 20-30min even when no other customer was at the branch. The branch manager made many very big errors with my accounts. It has affected my daily operations for my business. And there was no acceptable resolution for my issue.
