I'm pretty sure they aren't pain doctors. Houston isn't what it used to be but you might want to check Dr. Joo on i45 and Little York. I don't know how it is now but years back he was doing suboxone and Lortab I believe. And I know the methadone clinic right by the 24 Hour Fitness by Blaylock and i10 is also still open. His name is Dr. Shamsi. Maybe Affordable Healthcare near Pinemont and TC Jester is still open. Maybe also look up Dr. Atlas Ruth, she might even still be near Wirt Road and Longpoint. Its been years since I went to any pain doctors though. And I'm not saying MHMRA can't prescribe them but I've been through this system since I was 13 and I've never seen it.
