I was brought in by ambulance, I was taken care of immediately and everyone was kind and attentive. The ER Dr. was amazing they admitted me and I was kept for 4 days all the nurses, staff everyone was super awesome . 5 stars for everyone and thank you for helping me to get better ! Please serve better food tho , it was awful lol blah !

Wish I had the option to leave zero staffs. I’ve never met a more unpleasant staff in my life. Thought maybe it was just a long shift for the first nurse/doctor we had but then the next shift came in and they were just as unpleasant. Completely unacceptable to treat people in pain like their stupid.

The receptionist or whoever he is at the front desk of the emergency room was very rude and short when speaking to me and my friends. He also said that this isn't a covid testing facility so we would be wasting our time waiting to be seen when we are too sick to even go to work. We don't know if it's covid nor do we care. We just want to feel better. 😔 I can tell this guy hates his job. Hopefully the service gets better once we go through the doors.

I have been to several emergency rooms due to back pains, no1 does MRI's unless seen by a specialist. So if I go the ER with my severe back pains, an MRI will be done or recommended?
