From the beginning of my water leak ordeal to completion, everyone at ServPro was so friendly and helpful. Char and Lori in the office answered my questions, stayed in contact and eased my stress by being so down to earth. The guy that came and did the estimate (can't remember his name but we bonded over pitbulls) was awesome and explained things in a way that I could understand. He answered all of my questions and was thorough. The 2 guys that came to do the mold remediation were very polite. They didn't make a lot of noise and cleaned everything up before leaving. Only thing I would have preferred is someone letting me know they were going to lunch but would return. I saw they were gone but didn't know they left because they were so quiet! They returned and continued their work. Despite that small inconvenience, they were very nice guys and did a great job. Thank you all so much for your hard work and professionalism.

I could not be happier with this crew of professionals. We own a very busy wedding and event venue in Millersburg, Ohio, and we have a packed calendar through the end of October. We had a leaking pipe in the kitchen back wall of our newly remodeled groom's suite/honeymoon suite, and it finally began to enter under the walls. I made a phone call yesterday and had Jason Engle here early this morning. He provided a quick and accurate assessment, and had a crew here by 6:30 this evening. I was incredibly impressed with their promptness, courteousness, and professionalism. This is a very dirty job and Chris and Andy did it all with a smile. I couldn't be happier and just so you know, their competition would not have been able to be out here until next week.
