This is an awesome place to be. Everyone is so caring and respectful. They all treat me like I am special. I would like to thank you all. Please pass this on to everyone.

Facility was on board with whatever my mother in law needed. She could stay 3 months approved! Within 3 weeks her health was declining and the second wr contacted Hospice care, my husband received a phone call that mom had to leave the next day. She was in such bad shape and instead of helping us transition we were pushed out.

When this facility was Sanctuary they returned a check from my sons account to me. I deposited the check and it bounced and And the bank charged me 10 bucks. Haven’t heard anymore about it since.

Takes almost an hiur for the nurse to come, i watched them stand in the hall and complain or talk about nonmedocal stuff event at the nurses station. The aid April is very helpful. Sonis the pt. Jain should be fired. Very irresponsible and doesnt listen to the call or messages even if its descripted in the onecontact and they tell her whatnot do. She wont. They lie about who can change meds. They take forever to start on something. Andrew is terrible too. Dont recommend.

This is typically a catch 22 situation. People who are in pain often refuse to eat as well due to being to uncomfortable. And if your family member needs any type of therapy pain makes therapy an impossible task making the healing process take longer At this point its best to ask the doctor for either an appetite stimulant. Or honestly a little harder of a way to manage this is bring in food your family member would usually have at home. Their favorite foods usually help this situation.
