Worst company ever. My mother passed away over a month ago. The power was disconnected per the estate from court and this fool company keeps cutting the power back on in my mothers name. They are the worst. Been disconnected twice and cut back on twice in a dead woman’s name

Been trying to turn on power for two weeks at a commercial location and none of the customer agents can figure out how to do it. If you could give a 0 Stars they deserve it. Shame you can’t shop for power like other things.

Duke Energy has excellent customer service! I would like to shout out to Brittany the customer service representative in Charlotte, NC. She was most helpful with transfer of service and even took care of my Spectrum Wi-Fi transfer as well all done over the phone. She is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.
