My experience having lived here a little over two years — Pros: Location is quite nice. I feel it’s quite central to most things. Price FOR location is decent Decent apartments with little to no issues. At the very least, no pests are inching their way inside. Cons: If I remember correctly, there are approximately 40 feral cats living on the premises. At least from what I’ve read from reviewers who seem to like these animals yowling at 4am. The smell they leave can be unpleasant since the world is both their oyster and litter box. They will get loud whenever they want. If you’re like me and hate cats, then this will be a huge negative. They are technically pests, but people seem to like them I guess. Many washers and dryers are not working. So often, in fact, that the tenants have banded together to write on faulty machines so we all know which ones are broken for the week. One machine has been out of commission for over a year. One can only imagine how it smells since it was filled with still-water last I saw it. Vending machine in the laundry facility is broken. It just ate my coins a few minutes ago as I’m writing this. I just wanted a soda and now I’m out a few quarters. This was a one off thing but it’s disturbing that it even happened: a late night laundry run had me see a giant puddle of urine in the laundry facility. I don’t’ think one singular feral cat can do this, so logic dictates this must’ve been a person. Like come on dude Over all — Decent enough. I would like a better place to live, but economically this just makes sense for the moment.

My maintenance request was taken care of promptly and by courteous staff. I am very pleased. I love living here. I myself am disabled and so is my son. Everyone here has been kind good to us most helpful. I hope to live here as long as I possibly can.
