Probably because you two have the same last name you have to make sure you check individual on the form so that they will only forward that one person's mail they do have a correction form at the post office but you have to go there and tell them what your problem is so they can have you fill that form out

Well it seems like you have to come to the branch office in your area and see if can get the matter resolved before it's to much of an issue
