I was scheduled to receive care with Dr Rodtiguez Luna so when I received text confirmation for the appointment it did not provided any address at all. That caused me to visit a wrong office in Deltona. I called them to let them know and they said it was okay that if I would drove to debary they would still take care of me considering the situation. After I drove there and was only about 5 minutes from the place another secretary called and said in a very rude tone that I was a no show and they would not take me then she wanted to reschedule to their most convenient time. Well I got this one for you bunch of rats, how about your tentacles dont ever get the priviledge of billing my private aetna insurance? enjoy the government obamacare plans and dont worry there are more than enough medical professionals around so dont ever expect me to visit your dizorganized office.

I called to confirm a scheduled appointment after being out of town and was told I had DIED! There was nothing I could say to convince the guy who takes the calls when you are prompt to dial the number 6 that I am Linda!! He kept asking for my birth date over and over again as if I had it wrong. I was told my records had been closed and he couldn't tell me who said I had passed away! I asked what proof did he have because he's speaking to to me... Linda. I was absolutely done with him! I took my son with me to verify I was she. The girls at the front desk knew who I was. I asked what kind of documentation did they have to say I had passed. I got no answers. My primary was Dr Santana-Santana and she had left the facility permanently two days before I so call passed away. I received no apologies or explanations. I'm seeing a Physicians Assistant right now at the same Facility. I am angry and tired of changing Doctors.

My first time to doctors,was greeted by reception,was very professional,once I was taken to the back to get seen by doctor,the nurse was a blast,I loved her spunk, Dr E was awesome and yes I sure will be back
