The starter as well as the staff were accommodating. The course was beautiful. We finished our round in 3 hours. After our round, the starter came by in the parking lot to say thank you for playing.

I'm not sure, We attended a 50th anniversary party. Great staff! Very nice setting.
It is now semi-private. You can't get a tee time there off of one of the on-line services, but if you call there directly they try to accommodate you after member play. Nice course!
Yes, DeBary is open to the public. You can get range balls from the pro shop from 7am to 6pm.
