I lived there for a few years before i moved out. I kept my place clean dealt with 2 giant roaches and 2 mice. Occasionally you will see a roach in the basement areas where the laundry is.
They usually check your credit within 24 hours
Payment is after viewing the apartment, even 3-4 days after adding your card info. You'll be accepted as a tenant within 2 weeks if credit and income is good

They are alright... Just a place to crash, save up and purchase your own place. Very convenient for family with children where schools are very close or inside of the complex daycare and safety is a priority with them. Near the highway, 30 minutes on the bus straight up to Port Authority NY and nothing to complaint other than very minor stuff if you are hard on them. So they will do their best. Plus, anyone can't walk-in to you without your permission, no amnesties, parking (first come serve) which is extremely hard to find and that's all...

They have street parking on side streets but good luck finding a spot at night... or finding your car cause it was stolen. You are better off paying a bit extra to park inside.
