DO THEY WORK WITH YOU IF YOUR CREDIT SCORE IS BELOW 650 (its a 608) no items in collections no late payments only student loans? i really need this apartment and my income is well over the minimum?

I dont think they can help with credit scores. It has to be 650 and above, no exceptions
