^ The El Patio was razed to build the Sheetz gas station 2 years ago. There are a bunch of small motels that are lower priced near the entrance of the peninsula along West 8th and also on West 12th Street. There are a few larger Hotels nearby.
Avoid the El Patio if it's still in business
We never paid much for motels. They are really unbelievable cheap. Lots of things to do in presque Isle we love to fish up there.
On the mayor hotel booking sites there are rooms available for $50 a night but of course it always depends on the time of year you want to visit
