Sorry to say there are no cabins or camp sites in the park.
Camping at Sara Coynes, Waldemeer Park is right above it. Camping on the beach.
While not on the state park, there are some hotels with the view of the park and lake like Marriott Bayfront and Sheraton Bayfront (but they can get pricey) Erie is small and comfortable with no traffic, I would stay by the Millcreek mall where there are plenty of reasonable priced hotel choices and drive to Presque Island which takes less than 12 minutes.
There are not cabins or hotels right on Presque Isle State Park. If you want a hotel near the water there are hotels in the City of Erie near Dobbins Landing. From the hotel you can see Presque Isle and you can see the water but you'll be a distance from Presque Isle State Park. But it's very easy to drive there from the hotels located inside the City of Erie. Search hotels near Dobbins Landing.
I know they have camping right by the island, best thing I can think is Google motels by Presque isle state park. Airb&b is also another good place to look.
