Non guarded beaches are open to dogs. You can't have them on any guarded beach. We were near beach 6 about 1/4 mile away. Penny loved it.and the life guard who went by a few times had no problem. Just remember people will walk by you.

I have seen dogs at beaches 10 and 11 and the patrols did not seem to have an issue with them.
I'm not sure but all of them but I was just past Beach 10 and there were a few people with dogs.
