I don't know if you can. It would be hard to move around in one.
No electric wheelchairs. You can get regular and beach ones at the rangers station i believe.
I don't know about renting an electric wheelchair, Beach 8 has a concrete ramp, it takes you from the parking lot to the lifeguard tower. You can push a regular wheelchair easy on it, no sand.
I am not sure but I did notice the beaches were very accessible
