Last time I was there someone was having a wedding there looks like a little chapel in with the little Hall across the street from it. Very nice
They have pavilions at a reasonable price some covered some not. There is a hall on the north side of the ponds. Private Kitchen and bathroom you share.

There are several pavilions, if I remember correctly most have picnic tables underneath but some may have theater seating, I can't remember. You may want to contact from the Presque Isle Partnership or the DCNR branch
You might want to look the Tom Ridge Environmental Center or Rainbow Gardens in Waldameer. Both are near the Peninsula.
