Park is open till like 9 or 10, but you're not supposed to be outside your vehicle after dusk. You can usually be on beaches for a little bit after the sunset, but not too much past that.
We've been there after sunset. It's very serene but you don't want to stay to long because the mosquitoes are relentless.
All public areas close at sunset but the rangers seem to be lenient if u want to walk the beach as long as u leave before park closes !!

I think they close the main gate at night, so you can't get into the park to access the beaches.
