You need to get the number for animal clinic at animal humane. Leave a message. They will call you back. I have always done this and I get a call back. If I find number I will post

All they will tell you is that they dont have records of your dog any more. You will be lucky if you speak to someone who is polite and not rude. Try calling and see what they tell you. I think they should pay some kind of reimbursement for getting an animal not fixed. After all you did pay for it. Dont pay twice for something they should have done in the beginning.
