They'll let you adopt older dogs and cats for free.

Not to my knowledge. Their events usually cost to adopt

If they are spade or neutered there's very little if any cost

Unfortunately there is no free adoptions because of the fact that they pay for the females to be spayed and the males to be neutered but some places like Pets Alive only charge the minimum if you're low income that would be a good place to check

They can be 25 for older. Young adoptions are $100. The never have any as free.
