Do you have any clinics or classes for young dogs (1-1/2 yrs) that are a real challenge behaviorally?

They have classes and special pit bull classes. Call they will tell you what classes are available

When you say that they have challenging Behavior what are you talking about jumping up and down barking nipping what. And what kind of dog are we talkin about

Call them... They do train dogs, but that is to make sure they are safe around other people. If your looking for basic training, you may need to seek an actual dog training class.
