Will the shelter take a puppy that doesn’t have her shots? She’s 8 weeks old and I have a busy schedule I can’t care for her like she needs. I don’t want to invest a bunch of money into getting her shots if theyll let me surrender her without shots

Yes you can shelter them but they're going to give her shots so that the other animals around her won't catch anything if she has it

Yes you can surrender her. They will give her shots and do what is needed to get her ready to rehome her.
