Studio, 1 bedroom, whatever smallest unit u have & when i asked what are your rental requirements, i meant income restrictions, what kind of proof do u require, what type of people wont u accept, deposits, ect..... U know, the usual questions & yes, i understood from ur first answer that an animal is a $300 deposit & $25 a month, my concern w that is if/when my mom gets out of hospital or her dog passes away, will the $300 be refunded immediately as well as stopping the $25 a month or do we have to wait until lease is up?
Depends on how many bedrooms and yes you can have a pet for 300 dollars deposit and 25 a month and you pay electric
