Giving 3 stars but will be subject to change. My experience involved a surgery at this facility. If you read others reviews, mine was similar where I had a bad experience with the "paperwork" side. My surgery intake questions' answers were posted a month prior and I get a call 2 days saying they need a "clearance" letter. 2 days!!! I was fortunate to have a good specialist and staff that helped make that appear. I am reducing 1 star. Once I got onsite, it was a slow evening so I got the attention needed. I did note in recovery other patients getting white glove service where I kept getting "where is your ride" repeatedly. I even had to ask for a sprite when I heard they gave it to someone else to control vomiting. Any case - 1 star drop. All in all, they don't deserve a bad rating YET however I would not recommend them for "first timers" or people who don't have experience with dealing with the medical industry. I am also awaiting the 50k bill that others on here were slapped with. That will change this review if that occurs

Everyone here was super kind and professional. The building is beautiful and clean, the communication was great, and they even sent a get-well card after my surgery. This place goes above and beyond. I also had zero issues with billing. Kudos to the staff for being so fantastic!

Don't go to this place they are cons with there "BILLING CODES "

My daughter had surgery here on Jan 12. I have yet to receive a statement despite my repeated requests. I don’t dispute the charges and am willing to make payments but not based on just a phone call.I am now receiving collection calls and threatened to be sent to collections. They are in violation of at least two consumer protection laws. I am now having to file a complaint with the attorney general’s office. I would avoid going to and doing business with this surgery center.
