Why is nurses or caregivers asking the SECURITY GUARDS TO FEEL THERE HAIR . and TELLING THEM WHERE THEY LIVE Thats NOT Appropriate...... JUST SAYING. Somebody's wife is not gonna be happy..

My father was at Sierra Winds for nine days and was not bathed once. We went daily to see him and we had to ask them to change him daily. My father has a hard time communicating so I expected that they would do what needed to be done. When he got home he smelled so bad. When I asked if they bathed him in the facility he said no. Unfortunately when we visited him I didn’t ask him and since I wasn’t changing him I didn’t notice. I will never use this facility again.
