This place SUCKS! DON'T COME HERE! There are too many things wrong to list them all. There are a very few staff members who care, but the rest are just putting in their hours.

Very poorly managed. My grandma went here after a surgery and her health declined while being here. She was basically pushed into a corner facing a wall, the room was dark, she just sat there all day. Her wounds were not tended to. The staff seemed overwhelmed. There wasn't enough personnel to take care of people. Therapy didn't seem to be a thing. We are now trying to recover her from the further decline she experienced here.

I am staying at this Rehab, one nurse tried doubling my antibiotic after she missed my dose, I called poison control to see if that was right they said no.

Dangerous facility. My Mother was there 15 days after a stroke. CMS reviews are incorrect. Patient label was wrong, she fell twice, staffing turnover / lack of empathy promotes dangerous environment. This is not set up for dementia patients. Staff let me dose my mom meds, also shared the code to the supply room to me. Even discharge was messed up. Discharge notes were from another patient.

Hi Darlene, Great question. Pay depends on experience and past performance. Likewise we want each employee to go above and beyond and live our mission to Create A Remarkable Experience (C.A.R.E.) for each other and all others who come through our doors. If you feel you could meet this requirement we would love to have you in for an interview. Please contact Yvonne @ 480-710-6327 to set up an interview.
No you can no get there by bus but its still a ways after the last stop
I would think so but you should ask the charge nurse first because more than likely they will say that it might bother the other patient if your sharing a room but if your staying in a private room that would be another thing. But if i were you i would argue the point that you want to see the car that your loved one is receiving because ive been to many facilities and have found the ones run by Ensign corporation to be lacking in any type of care for your loved one. No the staff is either rude, or so over worked that they can barely even keep up! So i would ask to stay.
