I had an appointment at 1100am, and was seen about 5 minutes after, the staff from when I first checked in, to the Nurse taking me back were awesome people! Made me feel at home right off the bat. I honestly didn’t think that my experience would be any better. I was wrong. Dr. Limkemann was so thorough and made me feel very optimistic and gave me a positive outlook as it came to my health. He genuinely cares about your health. He stayed with me for over 45 minutes, ensuring that I understood everything he was telling, he even drew a diagram as to what affects the body. I was so impressed, as I have never had a Doctor that was so well educated, professional, and very caring about my health. I sincerely hope that if anyone considers being treated at this location, that they see Dr. Erik Limkemann. I promise that you will not be disappointed in your care.

Is this a joke? Middle of the day and I have to wait over an hour to have my ear infection diagnosed? It's clean, understaffed (I am assuming), but the two stars are for the patience of the staff, The professionalism, etc. The people who do work there are amazing. I'm guessing it's someone trying to line their pockets by understaffing that is creating a tremendous work load for the people who are there.

My first ever pleasant experience at an Urgent Care. The front desk was very kind and very patient, for the first time I did not feel like I was an imposition. The initial nurse was kind, caring, and very informative. She seemed to genuinely care, and she had a very kind personality. The doctor we saw was also very kind, caring, and attentive. Answered our questions and did so with a reassuring smile. 10/10 experience. Hopefully we won't be back...but at least I know if we do we will be in good hands.
