This is my first experience living in an apartment home, and in a complex like this. Krista was extremely delightful to work with. She’s awesome! She is very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated that she has a welcome gift for families. It’s a warm and thoughtful gesture. The maintenance team is prompt and polite as well. I really am warming up to my home. The area is very quiet and I truly enjoy that the park is across the street.

I just move in on 9/8/22 and the process was very easy and fast… Mrs. Krista was so helpful….I was moving my family from Mississippi to Arizona and she kept in touch with me for every single step…we communicated for two months before I even moved my family here…and when we did get there and moved in the town home was better then I thought it would be to be honest lol but we like it here….Glad I meet her and move into these town homes….

I just signed my three year lease I refuse to move out of this place due to Brianna in the front office the manager here I’ve never lived in an apartment complex that text other tenants when they haven’t heard from them in a while to check on them and make sure that they’re OK I’ve never lived in an apartment complex where they do things for the kids on the holidays they text message for the kids birthdays or our birthdays they send out early if it’s going to be on a weekend or a holiday that they’re closed there’s is overall the best apartment complex to live in I’ve never lived in an apartment complex it does what this place does like I said I just signed my three-year lease

Although I have not lived here, I did want to apply and even wanted to schedule a tour. The staff was responsive, polite, and notified me when their waitlist was opening again. Unfortunately, that did not work with my time frame but they gave me a contact to someone that could help me find a place to stay. To me, that is a sign that this place is managed by really good decent human beings. I wish I was lucky enough to have been a resident of this complex! Thank you again!
