Hello Gloria-Your first visit will include a physical with one of our nurses and an extended medical questionnaire, plus your donation. This will most likely take 3-4 hours. After that first visit, your total time will take around 2 hours for a donation.Thank you!
Recently, due to short staff, it takes about 1 1/2 to 2 hours for your complete appointment. (Questionaire, checking blood pressure protien iorn etc, getting set up in the chair and the actual donation) The actual taking of plasma can take 30-50 min depending on how much your able to give and how hydrated you are.
