Staff seemed very distracted when I walked in. It took them a few minutes to acknowledge me and get my vitals, despite having made an online appointment. I've never had a problem with my veins, but it took the nurse a while to get me set up and my blood flowing, causing me pain and discomfort, which is not normal for me. I donate a lot, so was not impressed with this location. I recommend a different donor center for a more pleasant experience.

If you're giving blood it takes about one half hour. If you are donating platelets or red cells it can take up to two and one half hours depending on how many units you give. I give 3 units of platelets every 3 weeks. It's take 89 to 137 minutes when I go in. They prefer appointments , they do take walk ins if there is an empty chair. It's a great place to donate. The staff is great 👍
