All American Balloons

I will never use anyone else other than all American for my balloon supplies. I have been a client of all American balloons since 2017. When I had to use other distributors I was disappointed repeatedly. I am a Twister and it’s imperative that the quality of the balloons is available. When the quality of the balloons is bad it reflects poorly on me as a Balloon Artist and I will not make money. The staff at all American balloons goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, in addition to top notch quality of balloons to ensure my success. No other supplier I have attempted has come close. The balloons I purchased were not shipped or stored correctly causing them to melt together and pop. In some cases the balloons will be thinner in certain areas causing them to pop because they were left in heat for too long. I know that when I place my order with All American Balloons I’m going to have peace of mind and know that I’m not going to run into hiccups while performing. Please support there business. Please be patient and understand that the recession we are in has limited the supply and the variety to choose from. I will continue to drive for two hours to receive there product because I know I will never be dissatisfied. Those of you who are Entertainers or are pursuing a career in the industry understand the importance of quality balloons. Look no further!

I placed an order over the holiday weekend and called Tuesday to try to add to my order. The staff were amazing and not only added everything to my previous order, but answered so many questions I had. I finished up adding items about 1:00 and received my order the next day with everything I had ordered!! I am so glad I found this company and will be using them Every chance I get!

They were my go to for balloons, but no more. It took them over a year to issue a refund on an order. Another time I did order the wrong balloon size and they corrected that, but never refunded me the $30 difference. I find their website hard to manuver and frequently out of stock. They never opened the store after Covid, so they must be concentrating on mail order. Most of my entertainer friends are going to other places for their balloon needs. It is too bad. I had always found shopping inside the store a nice experience. I really liked dealing with Sean as he was knowlegable about the face paint. Update: The owner emailed me and sent me some documentation. I am going to go over it to see if the error is on my part, which is could be. I appreciate the response.

I liked this place back in the day but now you have to place an order and jump through a bunch of hoops to get balloons and it’s so frustrating. Covid is over and this is a slap in the face to loyal customers. I go to other balloon places now. Not going to shop here ever again and all my balloon friends are finding other places to get balloons. A few years ago you could just walk in and pick up what you needed and go but I think they are saving money by cutting their hours and doing the online ordering thing. If this company isn’t going to support the industry workers I’m not going to support them. We need to be able to get our balloons and go not jump through a bunch of red tape.
