As a therapist vendor to this facility, I can tell you they do not pay their bills. I have talked to several people in administration and cooperate to collect with no action. They sound concerned, promise action and then ghost you. If that is how they do business, you don't want to leave a family member with them. All promise no action.

Mom has been a resident for 3 days now. I have been so moved by the attention she has received in getting her acclimated to so many new things in her life. She has been treated with respect, gotten lots of hugs, been "adopted" by Taylor Wright, the activities director. The nurse has been to see mom several times, as well as the amazing Brenda, who continues to help our family in helping our mom. Each day mom has had visits from the other residents, and is receiving such tender care. Decisions like these are hard for those who have to make them for our loved ones. Thanks to everyone at The Waterford, we are not walking this journey alone.

We are SO grateful for finding a forever home for my parents!! The staff are top notch and my parents are safe! It's the biggest blessing! Taylor has gone above and beyond and recently helped put on a special celebration for my parents and their anniversary. This was something I will hold onto forever! So grateful The Waterford on Copper!
