This is news to me. I'm one of the staff and I've only had 1 issue with a guest. He Yelp it and there was nothing that I could say. I wish that this individual would have expressed his concerns with me face to face. I'm a big boy and my feelings aren't fragile. Perhaps it would've been resolved that night. Our staff is amazing by being human we may have a bad day. I do understand it shouldn't be the guest problem. Have a fantastic day.
